Oh man, sounds frickin' awesome! If I still had a job I would definitely be flying out to take part in one of those nights!
One question, since the faction command cards have different Art, how do you deal with that? It it a problem?
Did you draft for the whole command deck, or just the faction specific cards?
You draft the faction specific ones, then add them to a base deck. You can get opaque backed sleeves, which I used for the draft to hide unit backs and so forth. So I just sleeved up all the base decks too and didn't have to worry about different backs for Rome DE etc.
Also for those of you sad to have missed this one, I'm certainly going to run one at Council.
