I would also comment that, like most other Elves, they rely more on skill than toughness to defend themselves. Therefore you want to apply the general anti-Elf rules:

1) an offensive skill of 6 is worth more than usual
2) those command cards in your deck that give attack skill bonuses (i.e. Accuracy) become very important
3) expect someone in that army to hit like lightning...
4) ...BUT overall expect that army to have a glass jaw
5) impact hits are your best friend

As an avid Elf-stomper, I tend to find that Elves like to try shenanigans - meaning cute little tricks meant to throw your plan out of whack. In return, you need to either A) have better shenanigans or B) be rock solid in your plan and deployment so their shenanigans don't matter as much. If you've never played against Dark Elves, I strongly advise B (as BubblePig said).
