I can't find that rule in the 3.0 rulebook either.  Can we get confirmation, ideally from Niko or Chad:  was this rule removal deliberate, or was it accidental?  I recall that at one point Niko had a very good verbal explanation once upon a time as to why the movement cap would get erased once a unit got engaged.
