Check the modifiers.  That's what the sumproduct links to.  Is the unit charging?

The modifiers are in the groups below the unit stats.  Expand the groups by clicking on those "+" boxes to the left.

FYI, I think I fixed some things in the Light Army Builder.  Also I changed the hosting to Mediafire because I was having trouble w/ 4shared earlier.
