The 9 Victory-Point system is now up on the Monthly Kingdom page. http://www.yourmovegames.com/pages/the_monthly_kingdom.html

Its the same system described in the recent forum post http://yourmovegames.com/forum/index.php/topic,1330.0.html , though on the Monthly Kingdom link the math has all been done for each scenario, so the VP splits are displayed.
