I can't find this mentioned anywhere, so hopefully I'm not repeating the question...

For my 'Chosen Ground' Kingdoms scenario, I've decided to defend a cliff (from the Terrain Pack) running right across the battlefield just in front of my deployment zone. Hopefully I'll do better than scenario 1, where his Dwarfs dismantled my Undead without a single loss...  Cry  This time I have Zombie Trolls...

However, I'm looking for a rule I figure, realistically, should be there, but I can't find it...

If I position my Archers in a second rank, to shoot through gaps between the front rank, and that front rank are at the cliff edge, is there a blind zone at the bottom of the cliff? can a unit 2.5" back from the cliff edge shoot at a unit at the bottom of the cliff? Would that count as Indirect?

I don't know about the blind zone.  However, that per the errata it is no longer legal to take cliffs in the Chosen Ground scenario.

(Plus, trust me, it's impossible to lose if you have a cliff--it's like playing a scenario where you have twice as many army build points as your opponent.  No glory at all.)

Hmm... shame. Still, the blind zone question remains. I like using terrain, so I'd use it sometime or another.

The simplest blind zone rule is that a blind zone exists equal to the distance from the terrain edge. But currently there isn't any blind zones in BG that I'm aware of.
