Exactly 2000 points

Every once in a while, when I'm making an army for one of my Battleground sessions, my build adds up to exactly 2000 points.(That's the size armies that we usually play).  I'm just making this topic to see if anyone wants to share their 2000 point army.  I'll go first.....


My High Elves army:

I call it....glow in the dark plus chariots.....

3 elder blade swordsmen
2 elder blade battle squads
2 high elf chariots

I've lost to this army, so it ain't half bad.

OK, I'm gonna present the 2000 point Pointy-thing Orc army.  Is is actually a worthy build?  I have no idea.

3 x Goblin Bowmen
2 x Goblin Spears
3 x Orc Spears
1 x Crazed Goblins
1 x Orc Marauders

6 x Axemen
2 x Antonian Horsemen

Or

3 x Axemen
1 x Militia
1 x Spearmen
1 x Miners
1 x Longbeards
2 x Bowmen

I played this 2000-point High Elf army recently (and also played it about 2 years ago).  A pretty good one-size-fits-all army IMHO:

1 Celestial Guard
1 Elder Blade Rangers
1 High Elf Chariots
5 High Elf Battle Squads

Ah, that's a good one Kevin.  Any army with a CG in it is good in my book.  Also, it's hard to make a high elf army that has 8 units for 2000 points.  Having 5 high elf battle squads helps though.
