Sorry for the newbie question, but can you empower a unit with more the one Armour of Faith by expending more command points?

As I will be showing some guys on how to play the game, can you point to me where it says you can't. The only thing I can see is that it needs to be marked on the box on the stat bar but it is not clear what the box is.

Andrew is correct.  The armor of faith box is the small box off to the left of the stat bar with an icon made of circular shapes.  As with other factions with boxes (e.g. Spirit Guidance for Ravenwood), a box is either marked or not...you can't mark it twice, but if the mark is erased you can mark it again.

Thus, let's say you want to protect a unit of Worthy.  You mark their box for one command action.  In their first round of combat, the enemy attack does two points of damage, so the first is prevented and the box is erased.  On your next movement and command phase you can spend a command action to mark the box (since it is now unmarked) and prevent the next point done.  At no point, however, could you put two marks on the box and prevent the next two points of damage.

Thanks for that.
My main concern was when showing someone to play being able to give evidence why it couldn't be done. Using the faction box isn't clear cut as the box is not metioned in the rules that it's there or what it's purpose is (it's not displayed on the diagrams either). It makes perfect sense now it's mentioned. I've also noticed that if you can't use an army abililty on a unit the box isn't there.
Any way to add this to a FAQ?

We should probably have faction-specific FAQ question pages.  No promises as to when, but I'll add that to our project list!  Smiley
