My wife has had a similar experience. She had ordered an item from a women in England quite some time ago (before christmas) and was frustrated at not having seen or heard anything. So today, she finally talked to the woman, who profusely apologized (mentioning itnl security delays) and sent another item. Of course, when Linda got home the original item was in the mailbox.

isn't that the underlying story of life? just when you're upset enough to say something, something shuts you up! lolz
