I downloaded this but there was no install or ext. file or intruction on how it works or where to go to make it work. Please help I would like to try it out.

Hi,

It's not actually ready for download.  The page you found is waiting for the actual launch, at which point we'll do things like put a link to it from the home page, etc...

Andrew is updating his program with the art, rules, etc., and we're not planning on launching the game immediately.  You'll just have to be patient for a few more weeks.  It'll be worth the wait!
